Balaji Associates has been operating from Bhopal since 2011. This floor was built and staffed for our own teams first, before it was ever offered to anyone else.

That means the same power backup, internet, housekeeping and security arrangements we rely on ourselves are what you get here — not a separate, lighter setup for tenants.

The floor is furnished and live today. What you see on a tour is what you move into.
